East Alabama Hiring Fair

East AlabamaWorks is proud to partner with the Alabama Career Centers in Anniston, Gadsden, and Talladega, and with WEAC TV24, to present a East Alabama Regional Hiring Fair on Thursday, November 1, 2018 at the Oxford Civic Center in Oxford, Alabama. The free event will be held from 10:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. and will feature approximately 80 employers representing a variety of employment sectors from Manufacturing to Retail and all points in between. East AlabamaWorks covers seven counties in East Alabama and employers from all over the region will be on hand trying to fill current job openings. We expect more than two-thousand open jobs to be represented at the HIRING FAIR. Employers are encouraged to interview potential employees, and even hire new employees, on the spot that day. Interview rooms will be provided for employers who wish to conduct private, on-site interviews. Job seekers should arrive at the HIRING FAIR dressed professionally for job interviews, and should bring several copies of a current resume, along with photo ID, and any other items necessary to successfully apply for jobs.
