Hanging in the Park: Hammocking & Pondering

Event Description
Free! Learn the basics of hammocking and how to be still and ponder! Spending time in nature reduces stress and increases overall health. Learn the basics of hammocking from Renee Raney and be creatively inspired by artist-in-residence Jenny Whitman. Hammocks will be loaned to participants for the program.
