Event Description Whether it’s your teacher, a police officer, a character from your favorite book, your part-time fighter-pilot-full-time mom, a hero from the past, or a person in a cape, vaulting from building-to-building and protecting the good citizens of Everytown, we all have a role model that we look up to, a hero there to help us be better people, to put-on our own cape, and try to make the world a little better. Please join the Berman Museum in celebrating those that “put on the cape” with a special Heroes Day program on May 11. Heroes Day entails a special craft, snacks, and learning about some of our education staff’s own heroes from history. This program requires pre-registration by calling 256-237-6261 or online via www.ExploreAMAG.org. Program is included in museum admission; AMAG members are free. Heroes Day is limited to 30 children.
