Event Description You are invited to join us at the ribbon cutting for Thistle Cafe, LLC, a wee taste of Scotland - on wheels!  The Thistle Cafe food truck will be on hand in the parking lot of 2nd & Charles (formerly Books-a-Million) at 900 S. Quintard Ave. in Oxford. The ribbon cutting will be held at 10:30, and Thistle Cafe opens at 11 am for lunch.  Enjoy Authentic Scottish Home-Cooking,
at a very reasonable price!
