Event Description
Join us to learn about the ancient Mayans’ and Aztecs’ love of chocolate and how it became a worldwide culinary sensation. Guests will learn how chocolate spread from a beverage of the Aztec royalty to the mainstay of the American sweet tooth. We will explore the production of the coca bean and the differences in dark, milk, and white chocolate. And, maybe even sample a few! This program is $5 for non-members and free for members.
