World Sea Turtle Day

Event Description
There are seven species of sea turtles and six are located off the coasts of the United States. Join Anniston Museum Friday, June 16, and learn about these beautiful marine reptiles. Education Director Sarah Burke will share her personal experiences working with three species of sea turtles during her internship at Mote Marine Laboratory and Aquarium. Learn how to differentiate and identify the seven species of sea turtles and what each species requires to survive. Program is free with paid admission. Members are free.
