Monde Donaldson is vice president of the Better Business Bureau Educational Foundation of Central and South Alabama. In this position, she creates awareness for the BBB by building relationships with business leaders, community partners and the general public through educational programs.

The Mobile native came to the BBB after spending 27 years at Spring Hill College in the advancement division. In 2006, she was named fundraiser of the year by the Mobile Chapter of the Association of Fundraising Professionals.  She also led development efforts at McGill-Toolen Catholic High School for 10 years. Before coming to Spring Hill, she worked at the University of Alabama, The Anniston Star and The Pensacola New Journal. She is a 1975 graduate of the University of Alabama where she served as editor of the student newspaper, The Crimson White.

Her civic involvement includes the Rotary Club of Mobile, Mobile Area Chamber of Commerce Small Business Council, and vice president of the Diocese of Mobile Catholic Foundation Board.

Nancy Covert has been with Dale Carnegie Training® for 32 years and is the President of Dale Carnegie Training® of North and Central Alabama. She and her family moved to Alabama in 2004 and became the franchisee in 2006. Nancy is a training industry veteran. She is known for her relevant, real, and results-centric solutions. Her engaging, high-energy style makes adult learning more enjoyable. Cassie is a Business Advisor with the Small Business Development Center at JSU, which provides free and confidential business advising for entrepreneurs and small business owners. She earned both a Bachelors in Accounting and an MBA from JSU. She is a Certified Public Accountant and an adjunct instructor of accounting at JSU.

Having spent nearly a decade working in the banking and finance industry, Reginald discovered that he truly has a passion for helping entrepreneurs start and grow profitable and sustainable businesses. He is an experienced finance professional with extensive training in loan structuring, underwriting, business operations, and overall loan pipeline management. Prior to Sabre, he held the position of Assistant Vice President, Business Banking Officer with BBVA Compass and Small Commercial Lender with BB&T. He is currently pursuing his Bachelor of Science in Accounting.
