Variety Wholesalers, INC. Opens Newest Location, Roses, in Anniston, AL

- Grand Opening Celebration on Saturday, July 1st at 9am -
HENDERSON, NC (June 20, 2017) – Retail chain, Variety Wholesalers, INC., a Fortune 500
privately held company who owns and operates a collection of off-price discount stores, namely
Roses Discount Stores and Roses Express, offering apparel, shoes, accessories, home fashion and
décor and furniture, continues to charge forward with an aggressive growth plan. Such plan has
not only included a second distribution center, but also includes the addition of 25 new Roses
and Roses Express brick and mortar stores throughout 2017 with their newest Roses in
Anniston, AL in Anniston Commons located at 3101 McClellan Boulevard. The new Anniston
Roses will hold their Grand Opening celebration on Saturday, July 1st at 9:00am, with a ribbon
cutting on Thursday, June 29th at 9:00am.
On grand opening day, July 1st, Roses will be treating the first 200 customers who walk through
the doors with a special gift and will continue to gift the community as they giveaway 10 highvalue
items throughout Grand Opening day from TV’s and tablets, to outdoor furniture, pools
and much more. Along with the customer gifts, refreshments, and amazing deals, the local radio
station will be there to keep the crowd entertained.
